From IWCN 2019 Website: "The IW2 2019 will be the third instalment of the 2015 International Wigner Workshop series established by the Wigner Initiative and will continue to provide a platform for a growing community. It will continue to bring together researchers in the many fields of physics, chemistry, and engineering where Wigner functions are applied. The International Wigner Workshop series follows a biennial schedule and was established in 2015 as a one day workshop. Due to a continuously growing community since the 2015 and 2017 workshops, IW2 will switch to a two-day program in 2019."
